Return & Exchange

We have a 7-day return policy. What that means, you have 7-days after your item has been delivered to request a return for exchange of an item equivalent to value of returning item.

To be eligible for return, returning items must be in the same condition as you recieved it. We reserve the right to refuse any worn or damaged items. Before we can ship your exchanged item, we must first recieve returning item. Reciept or proof of purchase may be required in order to return. Any items sent to RichVizions without a return ticket will not be accepted.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items

certain items may be non-returnable items. Items such as but not limited too custom products, kids clothing, undergarments, swim wear. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item that you purchased must be out of stock and unavailable to recieve the item that you have purchased. If approved for refund, you will be automatically refunded in your original form of payment. Please contact your bank if you have not recieved refund after 30 days.

Domestic 

Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days to ship out after order has been placed.
this does not determine speed of your delivery whether it is standard or priority. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. Custom products are subjected to an extended processing time. 

RichVizions is not responsible for lost of products after delivery. After item is deemed DELIVERED by mailing service, it is the customers responsibility to retrieved package. We are not responsible for tracking status changes, please contact shipping service. 

International

Can take 7-10 days to ship.
